Design partner programme

Join the SignOffly early access list

Tell us a little about your agency and your current client approval workflow. We are inviting a small number of teams to try SignOffly early and shape the product around real approval problems.

What design partners get

  • Use SignOffly on one real client approval workflow during the early-access period
  • Direct access to the founder for setup support and workflow questions
  • Your feedback will directly shape the product before wider launch
  • Influence features and workflow decisions before they are locked in
  • Early-access pricing if SignOffly fits your workflow when we launch

What happens next

  1. You submit your details below or book a short call
  2. We schedule a 15-minute conversation to understand your approval workflow
  3. If there is a good fit, we set you up on SignOffly for one client project
  4. You use it on a real workflow and share honest feedback
  5. We iterate and improve based on what we learn together

This is early, so we are looking for a few design partners rather than selling SignOffly as a finished enterprise platform. We will be honest about what the product can do today, what is still being built, and whether it fits your workflow.

SignOffly is currently early-stage and founder-led. We are looking for agency teams that regularly send client-facing work for review, feedback, and approval. If the workflow fits, we may invite you to try SignOffly on a real client project and give direct feedback.

Questions about joining

Is SignOffly free during early access?

Design partners get access to SignOffly during the early-access period at no cost. We are focused on learning and building the right product, not on charging before the workflow is proven.

What kind of agency is a good fit?

Small to mid-sized agencies (roughly 3–30 people) that regularly send deliverables to clients for review and approval. Social media agencies, content agencies, design studios, and digital marketing agencies are all good fits.

Do I have to use SignOffly on all my clients?

No. We ask design partners to try SignOffly on one real client project. That is enough to understand how the workflow fits your team and your clients.

What if it doesn't work for my workflow?

That is fine and actually useful feedback. Our goal is to understand what does and doesn't work in real agency approval workflows. Honest feedback about friction points is exactly what we need.

How many design partners are you accepting?

We are keeping the design partner group small — ideally under 10 agencies in the first cohort. This allows us to give each agency direct support and meaningful attention.
